Frequently Asked Questions About Ocean Breeze Paradise
Complete the booking inquiry form with your preferred dates and guest information. We will review availability and respond by email with pricing and next steps.
Your reservation is not confirmed until your booking is approved, the rental agreement is completed, and the booking deposit is received.
A signed rental agreement and a 50% booking deposit are required to reserve your dates.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Payment may be made by check, Zelle, or Venmo.
Payment instructions will be provided after your booking request is approved.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No. There are no resort fees.
Yes. A $300 refundable damage deposit is required. The damage deposit will be returned within a week to 10 days after check-out, as long as there is no damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning needed. You will be notified immediately if any damages were found or if we feel the condo was left unusually dirty.
We hope you enjoy our second home and treat it with care. Accidents can happen, and we ask guests to report any damage or issues as soon as possible so they can be addressed quickly.
The refundable damage deposit may be used for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unapproved late check-out fees, smoking or vaping violations, rule violations, or service calls caused by guest misuse.
Examples include leaving sliding glass doors open while the A/C is running, bringing excessive sand into the condo, rinsing beach gear in condo sinks or showers, or washing sandy towels and blankets without removing the sand first.
Any remaining balance will be returned within 2 weeks after check-out.
Check-in is 4:00 PM.
Guests will receive check-in instructions by email before arrival.
The condo uses a door code for entry.
No. This is a private owner rental, so check-in is handled directly with us. The Ocean Creek Resort rental office is only for guests who booked directly through the resort.
Usually, no. As long as your parking pass is hanging from your rearview mirror with the information facing the guard, the guard should wave you through the gate.
If security asks you to stop or verify information, please follow their instructions.
Yes. Parking is included for up to 2 vehicles. Yes, guests need parking passes. Parking passes will either be mailed before arrival or available for pickup at the security gate.
No. Motorcycles are not permitted.
Yes. Linens and bath towels are included with your stay.
Beach towels are not provided.
Yes. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer.
The condo has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
Guests should bring coffee, K-cups, and filters. Some guests may leave extra filters, but guests should not rely on them being available.
A starter supply pack is provided. Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies for their stay, including extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, toiletries, and other personal items.
No. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, and beach towels are not provided. Guests should bring or rent their own beach items. The lifeguards on the beach rent chairs and umbrellas daily/weekly from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The two guest bathrooms have walk-in showers.
Guests may use Ocean Creek Resort pools with the exception of the South Tower pool.
The North Tower pool is for North Tower guests and residents only. One red wristband is provided for your group to access the North Tower pool area. Please return the wristband before check-out. There is a $10 fee for a missing wristband.
Pool hours are typically 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and are subject to change.
When open, the Beach Club typically serves soft drinks, smoothies, alcoholic beverages, and casual food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries.
Hours, menu items, and availability may vary by season and resort operations.
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Guests must also follow all Ocean Creek Resort smoking rules.
Ocean Creek does not allow pets except for owners.
No. Pets are not permitted for rental guests. Ocean Creek Resort allows pets for owners only.
Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Late check outs are subject to availability and must have prior approval. Without approval, subject to $100 an hour fee.
Before checking out, please:
✓ Remove all trash from the condo
✓ Start the dishwasher
✓ Make sure the sliding glass doors are closed and locked
✓ Lock the front door
